Desco Infratech IPO
Desco Infratech IPO is an SME IPO, in which the company will raise up to ₹30.75 Cr via this IPO. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹30.75 Cr (20,50,000 shares). This IPO will open on 24 March 2025 and close on 26 March 2025. Basis of Allotment will be decided on 27 March 2025, initiation of refund will begin on 28 march 2025 and finally, IPO will be listed on 1 April 2025 at BSE SME.

Desco Infratech IPO has set a price band of ₹147 to ₹150 per share and lot size is of 1,000 shares. Investors can bid for a minimum of 1,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹1,50,000 calculated at the cut-off price (the upper end of the price band).
